Architects often design spaces to allow corners to fade into the background. If it is true that corners are the worst design element of a space, why haven't we thought of a new design? Wolfgang Tillmans often posses these questions. The space was designed to merge Tillmans' questions about architecture, while simultaneously highlighting his art.

I was able to utilize my skills professionally working for William Rodgers Architects in New York City, where I gained experience in residential and commercial design. Through this internship, I was able to improve my communication skills while working closely with clients. Daily responsibilities included, listening to clients, while identifying their needs and managing expectations, and creating mood boards with furniture and appliance lists aligned to their preferences. In partnership with the lead architect, I worked to create new designs for bathroom, kitchen and exterior house renovations. My proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite was expected to render interiors and effectively communicate a realistic 3D image that allowed clients to provide feedback and confirm plans. Lastly, I was responsible for designing construction documents for approval and filing with the building department in NYC.
